The managers

Peter Bajdak and Bert Esser founded their company in 2007. They started gaining professional experience in the area of data processing at a young age and are both computer scientists who live and breathe their work.

After longstanding experience working in the telecommunications industry, they founded Bits & Bytes Solutions GmbH together as freelancers.

Peter Bajdak is a qualified IT specialist in the area of application development and specialises in internet and network solutions. He has worked in quality assurance and also managed the testing of accounting systems in the telecommunications industry for many years.

Bert Esser is also a qualified IT specialist in the area of application development. His specialist areas are software testing and process optimisation. He has been working as an expert for quality management in the field of software for many years. His portfolio relating to the telecommunications industry comprises programming, quality assurance and consulting.
